o what mercy sorrow brings
how it quickens the madening
been to the mountains
drunk wine above the rain
been burned by oceans
now what the hell was my name?

Muschiosauro called it- this is some straight up classic FNM worship. They take the quirkiness and the bombastry, then fuse it to solid songwriting with a hard edge. This is killer. Lute FP

This band is a great band - they should be bigger than they are - real rockers - saw them over a year ago when they supported - wow, bought the first cd on eBay from will - base player, couldn’t find the 2nd cd anywhere else but this site - again delivery very personal - a note from will with the cd - great touch - such a humble band - keep on - need more to support bands like this. What a beautiful, haunting experience all around, always melts me from start to finish. Incredible and deep sound, amazing atmosphere and cohesion, unexpected jazz elements unlike anything I've heard, and don't get me started on the vocals. Really hard to choose a favorite track. dan-rod
Trading majestic drone for smoldering assaults, the iconic Japanese outfit rekindle the leaden aggression of their early period. Bandcamp New & Notable Jul 8, 2020

The flac version of this sounds great in my truck... not a crunch, clip or boom to be heard. That, in itself, gets this major points.
This is a lovely combination of early Floyd, U2 and a few San Francisco bands from the '60s with a heavy dose of Helmet tossed in. It's definitely best of breed when it comes to modern psych stuff. Even without a Hammond B3, it gets an easy A+... rick-taylor
